Spoke with Vincent on the phone earlier that morning about the vehicle I wanted. Although it was a 45 minute drive from where I live I would do it again without thinking twice. The process went smooth and I didn’t feel pressured by any means. In this business most places will try to make a quick sell without consideration and looking at the bigger picture. Both Vincent and Alberto made me feel like family there and made sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. If you’re looking for something reliable and affordable I would recommend coming here. They don’t just have 5 stars for nothing. Will purchase from here again.

From start to finish, the guys went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision. Alberto, and all the guys, were absolutely phenomenal. They treated me with respect, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The entire process—from checking out the cars to finalizing the paperwork—was smooth, honest, and efficient. Everyone made sure I had all the information I needed and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Every single one of the guys at Montero Motors were so friendly and extremely helpful , they were focused on getting me the best deal without the usual runaround. Montero Motors is the definitely the place to go to get a great car and walk out feeling like you are part of the family. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Came In knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted. Alberto wasted no time helping me make it happen. Very nice service, attitude and personality!! Tank did great showing us the vehicle and accompanying us on the test drive! All around a great experience. Great prices! If we need another car in the future, we know where to go first!!!
